After your payment is verified we will process and ship your order. Orders placed on business days will be shipped out the same day or the next business day. Please note that engraved watches need an extra 2 days for processing, after which they will be shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Australia: You pay nothing for shipping. We offer fast and free shipping on all orders within Australia. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. United Kingdom: You pay nothing for shipping. We offer fast and free shipping on all orders to United Kingdom. Worldwide: If you don't live in Australia or United Kingdom you will pay an additional $17.99 AUD for shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Australia: Since we are based in Sydney, all orders take only 2-5 business days to arrive anywhere in Australia. United Kingdom: All orders take only 2-5 business days to arrive anywhere in United Kingdom Worldwide: If you don't live in Australia or United Kingdom your order will arrive within 15-30 business days.

Do I receive a tracking number?

Yes, every time. Even know shipping is free, it is still a premium service and you will receive a tracking number by email or text once your order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you are happy with every watch that you buy from WUUD. If this is not the case you can get a refund or exchange of your purchase by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that engraved watches and watches damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
